Today is Father's day! :)

What I remember when I was just a toddler, daddy's ultimate rule: "Do not get hurt and wound yourself. I don't want to see any scars on your skin." That was why I was always afraid to get even a small cut. But who can ever avoid it, all the more when you are just a kid, every minute is a discovery and adventure. Never did I run to him and tell whenever I got wounded, he would just discover and me, crying to confess.

Now that I'm older, I mean wiser...I can see all the scars on every part of my body. They hold memories of wonderful things, and I smile. Dad can never stop me and my sisters to get hurt, yet he accepts and let us heal it.
