uncooked prawns, peeled
salt and pepper
Beat the eggs with a pinch of the salt. Melt butter on hot pan. Add prawns, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the egg mixture and stir to scramble. Add parsely.
stir fried chicken noodles
chicken breast skinned, boned and cut into small strips
green bell pepper
carrots
broccolli
garlic and onion
olive oil
ginisa mix
soy sauce
pepper
fried tofu
cornstarch
boil chicken, drain and set aside the broth
in a wok, heat olive oil and put in chicken. saute with garlic and onion. add carrots, green bell pepper and broccolli. stir fry for a minute.
add ginisa mix and pepper. add soysauce and add in broth. cook until sauce boils. add a small amount of deluted cornstarch.
fold in noodles until cooked.
served with fried tofu on top and calamansi.
chicken mushroom pasta
linguini pasta
chicken breast sliced into strips
ham cut to small bits
bacon bits
cream of mushroom
sliced button mushrooms
cream cheese
hot water/broth
garlic
green bell pepper
butter
salt and pepper
dried parsely
Cook linguini according to package directions.
put chicken breast on hot pan, add butter to melt, let it cook for a minute, add ham. saute with garlic, add green bell pepper and mushrooms.
pour in cream of mushroom, mix in boiling water or chicken broth. stir in the cream cheese and let it simmer.
add salt and pepper to taste. add dried parsley.
sprinkle bacon bits before serving.
